Every summer, Ibiza brings together hundreds of national and international personalities and celebrities from cinema, television, sports, gastronomy and leisure. The island of fame assembles prominent Hollywood characters such as Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky, Matt Damon, Melanie Griffith, Adrien Brody, Orlando Bloom, Luke Evans, the British actor Idris Elba and the famous television presenter, Oprah Winfrey, one of the most influential women in the world.
Famous athletes and soccer stars such as Manuel Neuer, Thibaut Courtois, Mario Götze, Marco Verrati, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Carlos Tévez, Álvaro Morata, Kylian Mbappé and the inseparable Ibiza regulars Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Cesc Fabregas and Jordi Alba also come to the island with their families. Diego Simeone and his wife Carla Pereyra as well are faithful to the island the same as the Italian Maldini, the former tennis player Boris Becker and the former owner of Formua 1, Bernie Eccclestone. Basketball and NBA stars Juancho and Willy Hernangómez, world champions with the Spanish team, were here with Blake Griffin and Chandler Parsons.
The heir to the throne of Norway, Haakon, with his wife, Mette-Marit and their children, sailed around the Pityusic Islands. The film stars Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Paula Echevarria, Jordi Mollà, Juana Acosta, Ana Duato, her son, Miguel Bernardeau and his girlfriend Natalia are characters seen during the summer, as are the singers James Blunt, Ed Sheeran, Mel C., Katy Perry, Perrie Edwards of Little Mix, Louis Tomlinson of One Direction or Juan Magán and David Bisbal. They shot a video clip at the Destino hotel.

And among the celebrities of the society magazines, the Julio Iglesias’ daughters Cristina and Victoria, Mar Flores, Rafa Mora, Elena Tablada, Laura Matamoros and the model Lucia Rivera can be seen. From the fashion world Ibiza welcomed last summer the Dutch top model Doutzen Kroes and her colleagues Irina Shayk, Alessandra Ambrosio, Nieves Álvarez as well as the designers Alberta Ferretti, Rosa Clara, Alice Temperley and Juan Avellaneda, among others.
