The cuisine of the island is rich in products from the land and the sea. The ‘peix nostrum’, a brand created to identify the typical fish of the island, is a treasure appreciated in numerous traditional recipes such as the bullit de peix.

The rotja, the grouper, the monkfish or the St. Peter’s fish are some of the most valued species. The same goes for the raor (Pearly Razorfish) whose fishing is restricted to a certain time of the year. That makes it even more exclusive. The lobster or the Ibizan shrimp are also highly appreciated
