The local kitchen

This year, depending on the evolution of the pandemic, the Formentera Gastronomic Days, in which around twenty restaurants participate, will be held on the first two weekends of October. In this initiative the participating establishments offer menus at a fixed price of about 20 euros (without drinks).

The event revolves around menus specially designed for these gastronomic days. Some restaurants choose to present traditional recipes and others, increasingly, propose renewed versions of local dishes. Chefs strive to provide new visions of traditional recipes, always providing product quality. In other words, it is a unique opportunity to share a good time around a table, tasting elaborate dishes at an affordable price.

The Gastronomic Days are part of the promotional campaign that the tourism department organizes at the end of each tourist season.
